las friday - sunday was da BEST !! ^^
i went for dis programe with my frends ,xuehan,vanessa,joey,kiona,reylyn. it was VERY long .. 8.30am - 9pm . bt it was FUNFUNFUN ! aft our lunches , we wld dance . yes , DANCE .! bt then our dancing was jumping n claping n a few simple moves la , nt the complicated one . on sat , near the end of the lesson , we are suppose to break a wooden board. n it is about ..
1cm thick. bt den the trainer teach the kung-fu style thingy , den every1 broke it , it was so COOL . den aft the board-breaking , we danced !!! we jumped , n jump n jump ..... for bout 15min or more i thinkk . we were all sweaty n smelly . chester n john took off their shirts n jump . -.- '' idiots. then aft dat we took a grp foto. ^^
